Basil sprouting seeds

use

Soak 1 to 2 tablespoons of seeds in a bowl of water overnight.
To activate the germination of some seeds, put them in the refrigerator one night before soaking. Rinse them and pour everything into one of the perforated trays of your Bardo'germ sprouter or in your germinating cup .

  • Rinse morning and evening.
  • Do not expose seeds to direct light.
  • Temperature between 18 and 20 ° C.
  • Before eating your sprouts, rinse and wring them out.
  • Sprouted seeds can be stored for 6 days in a refrigerator in a hermetically sealed box.
