The Sun salutation

The Ayurvedic Infusion - Sun Salutation by Yogi Tea is a nod to the famous Sun Salutation practiced in yoga. It is a posture according to which the practitioner bows in front of the sun in order to relax the mind and start the day zen and relaxed.
Just like in Yoga, this infusion - with fresh notes of orange - will open your mind while inviting you to meditation, enough to start the day in all serenity.

Use

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the bag and let steep for 5 to 6 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste.
