Dried leaves of Horsetail
Indication
Rich in silica and calcium (good for bones and blood), horsetail is diuretic, remineralizing and hemostatic. It promotes convalescence of the intrepid: it facilitates the reconstruction of the cartilage, improves the flexibility of the tendons and accelerates the consolidation of the fractures. It is recommended in cases of demineralization (fractures, osteoporosis, ...).

use
- Infusion : Infuse 3 to 5 g of horsetail leaves in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
- Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 15 minutes. Let stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water and filter.
