Nutmeg essential oil:

Is a general, cerebral and circulatory stimulant.
Stimulates digestion.
Is anti-infectious and anti-spasmodic.
It is recommended in case of difficult digestion accompanied by intestinal infection and diarrhea, digestive atony, spasmodic enterocolitis.
Is uterotonic and emmenagogue.
Is analgesic by cutaneous application (rheumatism, aches ...)
It is recommended for people who are nervous, worried, who think constantly and do not sleep enough.
