- Broccoli is a green vegetable that contains sulforaphane, vitamin K, sulfur, and selenium.
- Magnesium is important for many enzyme systems, especially those involved in the production of energy. It is essential for normal heart rhythm and signal transduction in the nerves. It is also a component of bones and teeth.
- Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect cells against oxidative damage.
- Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) is involved in the production of energy.
