Properties

Noctima is a food supplement based on magnesium, valerian, phospholipids, vitamin E and tryptophan:
  • The Ovophospholipides: provide polyunsaturated fatty acids in long chains. These fatty acids are the main constituents of cell membranes that play a role in the transmission of information.
  • The tryptophan is an amino acid precursor of serotonin. The neurons that produce serotonin are involved in sleep.
  • Valerian: promotes sleep and sleep quality. It also contributes to relaxation and relaxataion.
  • Magnesium: helps muscle relaxation allowing better sleep and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • Vitamin E: protects the fatty acids of nerve cells.

Use

Ma belle-fille m'a donné une bopite de Noctima. Je n'y croyais guère, mais au bout de quatre jours de traitement, mon sommeil s'est nettement amélioré: un réveil nocturne au lieu de deux ou trois.
