In a small volume, brewer's yeast is a food of choice in both dietary supplement but also famous condiment to flavor your dishes by reducing your salt intake or reduce fat sauces or dressings bringing flavor or oiliness.

It can also be used as grated cheese on casseroles (even if the yeast then loses some of its vitamin qualities).

3 tablespoons per day (about 15g) cover 142% of needs in vitamin B1, vitamin B2 41%, 27% vitamin B3, 19% vitamin B5, vitamin B6 12% and 113% of vitamin B9.

In the manufacture of beer, yeast involved in fermentation by feeding the nutrient medium malt compound (barley) and hops on which it multiplies.

At the end of fermentation, the yeast is filtered, dried and then recovered in the form of flakes to facilitate its daily use.

The richness of the nutrient medium on which it develops yeast gives this a unique concentration of proteins, vitamins, minerals and actually a nutritional ingredient.
