Indication
In the manufacture of beer, yeast involved in fermentation by feeding the nutrient medium malt compound (barley) and hops on which it multiplies.
At the end of fermentation, the yeast is filtered, dried and then recovered in the form of flakes to facilitate its daily use.
The richness of the nutrient medium on which it develops yeast gives this a unique concentration of proteins, vitamins, minerals and actually a nutritional ingredient.
