Lactoferrin has many functions: bind iron , stimulate the immune system, stimulate the intestinal flora and prevent oxidation.
Lactoferrin has the ability to increase the solubility of iron and improve either absorption or act as an iron binder which then serves to control the formation of reactive oxygen molecules. It reduces the risk of iron build-up.
The formula contains the necessary amounts of iron, lactoferrin and vitamin C to meet the body's needs.
Use
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably before breakfast with a glass of water.

Lactoferrin, vitamin C, iron sulfate, maltodextrin.
1 capsule contains 100% of the RDI in vitamin C and 50% of the RDI in iron.
