Mentioned many times in the texts of the Gospels, Nard is undoubtedly one of the oldest oriental perfumes. Known from traditional Ayurvedic medicine, its essential oil has a woody, musky, spicy and humus odor.
External: for psoriasis, apply 2 to 3 drops a day of a mixture of 1 drop of essential oil of nard, 1 drop of Atlas cedar essential oil, 1 drop of essential oil of chamomile noble , 10 drops of rose hip vegetable oil.

For palliative care, mix 1 ml of nard oil, 1 ml of hemlock essential oil ( Tsuga canadensis ) and 3 ml of sesame oil. Apply 4 drops on the top of the feet and 3 drops in the palm of the left hand while massaging from the center towards the periphery.
To fight against hyperkinesis (motor hyperactivity, uncontrollable need to move): mix 2 ml of real lavender essential oil, 3 ml of Roman chamomile essential oil and 2 ml of essential oil of nard. Apply locally 6 drops of the mixture, along the spine, 2 times a day, and 3 drops on the solar plexus morning and evening.
