Dried plant of organic meadow
Yarrow (or millefeuille) belonging to the family Asteraceae grows on slopes, meadows and roadsides and belongs to the same family as feverfew. It is used to help with circulation problems and female discomfort (menstrual pain). It is also anti-inflammatory and its leaves are haemostatic and healing. The flowers - as for them - are rather tonic, stimulating and antispasmodic.

use
- Infusion : Infuse 3 to 5 g of yarrow plant in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
- Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 15 minutes. Let stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water and filter.
