This honey is made from wild Manuka, one of the most effective botanicals in the traditional pharmacopoeia of Maori healers.

The manuka is a shrub, cousin of the tea tree, which grows wild on the virgin lands of New Zealand.
Used for centuries by Tohunga, the Maori healer, manuka is one of the most effective plants in traditional pharmacopoeia.

The activity of manuka honey is known as non-peroxidic activity.
This is the only effective In Vivo activity.

The IAA® index on the label of this product gives you the guarantee of a scientifically detected and measured non-peroxidic activity.

The IAA 10+ index identifies a Manuka honey that contains 263 to 513 mg of Methylglyoxal per kg of honey (Methylglyoxal being one of the molecules responsible for the non-peroxidic activity of honey).

Use

To ingest:
  • To clean the ENT sphere (throat, mouth, gums, sinuses ...).
  • To cleanse and soothe the stomach and the digestive system.
To apply:
  • To help repair skin lesions
  • For a repairing effect on very dry and damaged skin.
  • On insect bites, mild burns.

It can be used daily or punctually, tasted like all honeys or applied to the skin.

This honey is made from wild manuka and is guaranteed free of pesticides (analysis carried out on nearly 300 pesticide residues in accordance with the reference system of certification bodies).
