Sweet and soothing


Originally from China, Mandarin originates from mandarins that traditionally received this fruit. It provides a much used essential oil because its relaxing and soothing action as well as its always appreciated smell place it at the top of the anti-stress aromatic products.

Dosage

  • External: 2 drops of essential oil of tangerine + 2 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil in friction on the inner side of the wrists or the solar plexus for nerve diseases.
  • Internal: consult your doctor.

Trick

  • Spread essential tangerine oil in a child's room, 15 minutes before bedtime, will promote falling asleep.
  • The bath of small edgy: for children (from 6 years) who have difficulty in restoring their calm and falling asleep, mix 5 drops of essential oil of tangerine and 5 drops of essential oil of true lavender in a cup of whole milk. Pour the mixture under the faucet of the bathtub and let your child enjoy this moment for ¼ hour before drying and sleeping.
