Indication

- Without laxative effect.
- Acid-resistant "coated" capsules that allow you to go beyond the stomach barrier to reach the intestines in order to guarantee optimal absorption of magnesium.

Dosage

Take 1 to 4 capsules per day of Magnesium Quatro 900, with a glass of water.

  • Mg bisglycinate 10%: 500 mg
  • Mg glycerophosphate: 260 mg
  • N-Mg acetyltaurinate (ATA Mg) 6.5%: 140 mg
  • Lives. B6 (pyridoxal 5 phosphate) 63%: 0.56 mg
  • capsule (vegetable cellulose + gellan): approximately 110 mg
Gluten, lactose, sucrose free.
Without yeast, starch, salt.

Mais QUI a eu l'idée de faire des gélules aussi ENORMES!
(1.5x une gélule de Doliprane)! Mais finalement, je n'ai pas fait de fausses routes.Effet calmant assez rapide.

Je prends le magnésium Quatro 900 pour des crampe dans les jambes depuis pas mal de temps , pour ma part très bien et aussi très efficace pour la fatigue .
