Composition

Recommended daily serving (1 capsule) : 545mg of marine magnesium containing 300mg of elemental magnesium (80% AJR), 120mg of taurine, 2mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, 142.9% AJR), bulking agent: starch maize, pregelatinized starch, anti-caking agent: coloidal silica, magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule: hypromellose.
