Exotic verbena

The essential oil provided by this Southeast Asian tree is rich in aldehydes. Because of its olfactory qualities and its democratic price, its use has become extremely popular in atmospheric diffusion. It is also known as "exotic verbena".

Its aroma is lively, fruity, lemony.

Dosage

Outerway: 2 drops of essential oil of bed + 5 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil in friction on the solar plexus or on the inner side of the wrists, 2 times a day, for the nervous disorders, and locally on the inflammatory pains .

On a daily basis, to create a friendly and anti-stress atmosphere, the essential oil of litsée can be diffused, mixed in equal parts with essential oils of mandarin and lavandin super .
