Dried leaves of organic laurel
Also called "laurel sauce" or "laurel", it is a shrub with evergreen foliage that grows wild in the Mediterranean basin.
Laurel leaves are eaten as an infusion for their therapeutic virtues, or in the kitchen as a condiment. The bay leaves relieve digestive and intestinal disorders. They also make the dishes more digestible.
