Formulated with mountain plants, fruits and roots, Breathing infusions by Biofloral will bring you warmth and comfort throughout the seasons.The association of several aromatic plants will help you to decongest the respiratory tract while facilitating expectoration.
Properties
Respiration infusions are formulated on the basis of:
- Thyme to facilitate breathing and soothe the respiratory tract
- Eucalyptus and Meadowsweet to relieve the throat
- From Scots Pine for its protective action on the bronchi
- Elderberry for its sudorific action
use
- Pour simmering water into a cup
- Let your sachet infuse for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their virtues.
Can be consumed throughout the day, on an ad hoc basis or as a 28-day cure, several times a year.
Trick
This infusion is also used in inhalation. Use an inhaler bowl or cover your head with a towel and breathe deeply.
