Each capsule provides 1000 mg of rice bran oil and 30 mg of coenzyme Q10.

Rice bran oil contains:
- Omega 9 (oleic acid): 350 mg
omega 6 (linoleic acid): 290 mg

Oleic and linoleic acids help maintain normal cholesterol levels.
The beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 10 g of linoleic acids.

Take 1 to 2 capsules of rice bran oil + Q10 during the meal.
