use

Take 4 capsules of Royal Jelly a day, to swallow with a large glass of water in the middle of meals.

Composition

For 4 capsules :
  • freeze-dried royal jelly powder: 800 mg
  • maltodextrin: 400 mg
  • gelatin: 300 mg

Je pense que les gélules sont intéressantes lors d'un voyage mais cela ne vaut pas la gelée royale fraîche.
