Blond psyllium (or ispaghul ) and fig are the two key ingredients that allow Fruits & Fibers for pregnant women to maintain regular intestinal transit. The fiber-rich formula of this dietary supplement acts by a mechanical action of ballast and contributes smoothly to a good intestinal health.

Pour the Fruit & Fiber powder into a large glass of water, mix well and drink quickly.
  • Adults: take 1 to 2 sticks a day, depending on need.
  • Children from 6 to 12 years old: 1 stick per day.
  • Children 3-6 years old: recommended medical advice.

Composition

Ispaghul seed coat powder (Plantago ovata F. - 8.3 g / 2 sticks), inulin and oligofructose powder (8.3 g / 2sticks), fig powder (Ficus carica L - 1.6 g / 2 sticks), acidifier: citric acid, anti-caking agents: sodium bicarbonate, natural flavor, dry extract of elderberry (Sambucus nigra L. - 66 mg / 2 sticks).

Without sweeteners.
No added sugars (contains naturally occurring sugars).
