Occasion


Native to China and appreciated the Chinese emperors, Nerone rice is now grown in Italy.
His black-garnet color is given by naturally occurring pigments that are also found in blueberries.
Source of fiber, rice Nerone offers a slight taste of blueberries and blackberries cooked.

Trick

Traditionally eaten on special occasions, this rice can be eaten plain or well cook like a risotto.
