Bulgur is a byproduct of durum wheat, which freed from its envelope and made traditionally with steaming followed by drying and crushing hand.
This process produces a uniformly golden wheat grain leather and allows 10 minutes.

High in fiber, bulgur can be eaten hot, nature, to accompany a dish of vegetables or meat.
