Marine Papillotes


Marine curl (Royal Kombu) are brown algae harvested in the waters of Roscoff in Brittany. This is an algae the size and unique taste whose success lies in its ability to be used as a foil to cook vegetables, meat, fish or seafood which it brings its minerals.

Because of its natural sugar content, its flavor is slightly sweet.

  • Royal kombu is in the form of a blade of about 1 to 2 m long, and a width of 15 to 20 cm.
  • Air dried at low temperature (30 ° C), it keeps longer; simply rehydrate 10 minutes before use.

Use

Ideal to carry the parcels of fish, replacing aluminum foil; it retains a particularly unctuous flesh fish baked or steamed

Trick

Added water cooking legumes (cut a strip of 3 cm), it reduces the cooking time, softens the grains and enhances the flavor of food.

Use

  • Depending on the size of the product to be wrapped, soak 5 to 10 minutes. the whole or cut seaweed sheet.
  • Drain, flavor, roll tightly.
  • Place the parcels in an ovenproof dish and pour a little water soak.
  • Leather 20 to 30 minutes.

J'adore et celui ci est de bonne qualité, ne mangeant pas de viande, je mets du Kombu coupé finement partout dans l'alimentation... C'est bon aussi pour la dose d'iode dont nous avons besoin...

Le KOMBU de chez Aroma Zen est de bonne qualité que nous avons testée, avec un prix imbattable ... Ne mangeant pas de viande, je mets des Algues partout dans mon alimentation, le Kombu étant la meilleure à la santé ...

Je conseille le Kombu d'Aroma Zenr ...
