The Buddha's Awakening is an instant preparation to which you simply add your favorite drink to enjoy a breakfast that gives you pleasure and satisfaction while being perfectly nutritious.

Made with super foods (chia, ground flax) and super fruit (lucuma, baobab), the Buddha's Awakening is an excellent food for the body and mind. This raw, vegan, gluten-free preparation is easy to digest and a source of energy for an active day.

use

  • For a breakfast:
- put 4 to 5 tablespoons of the Buddha Mango & Baobab Awakening in a bowl.
- add between 110 ml and 160 ml of your choice liquid (water, milk, vegetable milk), hot or cold.
- stir well for 2 minutes and allow to swell.
- Enjoy with your favorite fresh fruits.
