The Rosehip to prevent skin aging

Organic extra virgin olive oil and revitalized Rosehip Chile helps the skin to regenerate and prevents premature aging.

Rosehip oil is naturally rich in valuable elements for the beauty of the skin: essential fatty acids including 35% alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3) and 45% linoleic acid (Omega 6), Beta Carotene, Vitamin E and phytosterols .

saturated fat: 4,37g
monounsaturated fatty acids: 14,01g
polyunsaturated fatty acids: 78,79g

including: alpha linolenic acid: 34,69g.
AJR alpha linolenic acid: 1.6 g / d.

use

Recommended daily dose: 2-3 g (1 teaspoon).

Trick

A pump pressure corresponds to a dose of 0.200 gr.
