The Sleep Elixir is ideal for those who can not fall asleep or sleep with regular sleep.
This elixir helps to reduce the mental arousal and worrying thoughts that turn around at bedtime and prevent falling asleep. You thus find a deeper sleep, calm and restorative.

Indication

The Sleep Elixir contains the following Bach Flowers :
- Lady of eleven o'clock: to recover various shocks suffered, comforts.
- White chestnut: to soothe a tumultuous mind.
- Red chestnut: for less worry and fear for others.
- Tremble: not to be afraid of the unknown, the future ... and to remove obsessive thoughts.
- Verbena: to relieve the pressure of an overworked mind.

use

  • Occasional use (for occasional problems): take 4 drops several times a day, as long as the need arises.
  • Use as a cure (for chronic conditions or old disorders): take each day
- 4 drops mixed in a glass of water or a drink, to be renewed several times a day
- 12 drops mixed in a bottle, to drink throughout the day.

Composition

Organic Brandy (99.6%) 40% vol, aqueous extracts of plants * 0.4% (1/250): Lady-of-eleven hours (Star of Bethlehem / Ornithogallum umbellatum), White Chestnut (White chestnut / Aesculus) hippocastanum), Red Chestnut (Red chestnut / Aesculus carnea), Aspen (Aspen / Populus tremula), Verbena (Vervain / Verbena officinalis).
