Cumin chemotyped essential oil


Digestive essential oil, cumin effectively relieves digestive disorders as well as constipation (Source: " My bible of essential oils ", D. Festy, Editions Leduc S., 551 p. ").

Use

The recommended daily dose is 1 to 2 drops of cumin essential oil twice a day in Solubol or in a teaspoon of honey or olive oil (i.e. 114.1 mg / day).
