Which menstrual cup to choose?

• Me Luna Classic model

This menstrual cup model is suitable for most women. It is the best-selling model. The Me Luna Classic menstrual cup is suitable in 80% to 90% of cases.

• Me Luna Sport model

The Me Luna Sport menstrual cup is 25% stiffer than a Me Luna Classic, in practice, if you press the Me Luna Sport menstrual cup, it immediately returns to its original shape.
This greater rigidity allows the Me Luna Sport menstrual cup to withstand the pressure of the pelvic muscles and to stay perfectly in place to ensure maximum tightness, even when playing sports or exercising.

• Me Luna Soft model

Me Luna Soft menstrual cups are not recommended for young women who are new to the use of a menstrual cup or for women with normal abdominal muscles.
Indeed, a normally muscular perineum will prevent the Me Luna Soft menstrual cup from unfolding easily. For women who do not have perineum problems, we always recommend the use of Me Luna Classic menstrual cups.
For women who have given birth several times by vaginal delivery, for overweight women or with a weakly muscular perineum, it is advisable to choose the Me Luna Soft menstrual cup.

How to remove Me Luna:

1. comfortable position, looking fingertip stem, ball or ring present at the end of the menstrual cup.
2. Pinch the base of the cup with your thumb and forefinger.
Note: Make sure that the vacuum is done correctly so as not to feel the "suction cup" effect when removing.
3. Turn your Me Luna by pulling it gently downwards.
4. Empty your menstrual cup into the toilet, rinse and replace or sterilize , dry and store it in its pouch in a dark place.
