Dried leaves of blackcurrant
A shrub native to Europe and enjoying moist soil, blackcurrant has leaves whose therapeutic properties are well known in case of joint pain.
Blackcurrant leaves are consumed as a diuretic and detoxifying infusion to eliminate uric acid (which is manifested as small "grains of sand" that lodge in the workings of our joints).
To relieve rheumatic pain and other joint discomfort, a course of infusion of blackcurrant leaves for 3 weeks is strongly recommended. (Source: "
