Organic Carvi Seeds


Also called "Caraway Cumin", Carvi is a herbaceous plant whose seeds are used as condiments or as medicinal plants.

Close to fennel and anise, the caraway perfumes ideally meats, some cheeses or even sauerkraut.

The seeds of carvi possess beneficial virtues on the digestion. Breastfeeding women use it especially to help digestion of infants and soothe their colics.

use

  • Infusion : Infuse 3 to 5 g of Carvi seeds in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
  • Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 15 minutes. Let stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water and filter.
