The essential oil of cinnamon twigs is renowned for its antiseptic properties.

use

The recommended daily dose is 1 to 2 drops of cinnamon branch essential oil twice a day in Solubol or in a teaspoon of honey or olive oil (ie 129.6 mg / day).
