Chamomile Essential Oil (also called "German Chamomile") is a clear dark blue liquid with powerful anti-inflammatory properties. It is used against the pain of the rules (Source: " My Bible of the essential oils ", D. Festy, Editions Leduc S., 551 p. ").

The recommended daily dose is 1 to 2 drops of chamomile essential oil twice a day in Solubol or in a teaspoon of honey or olive oil (114.4 mg / day).
