Take 1 to 3 raspberry bud capsules a day, apart from meals.

Étant ompk , j'ai pris 1 gélule par jour pendant 21 jours, pour régulariser mes règles (cycle anarchique), mais rien ne s'est passé..je vais attendre 7 jours avant d'en reprendre mais cette fois en augmentant la dose à 2 gélules. Dans l'attente de voir les résultats escomptés, je met la moyenne à ce produit
