Dried roots of organic burdock


Burdock is a large plant with downy leaves underneath and purple flowers.
Essentially, the roots of the plant are used as a decoction, or crushed leaves applied directly to the skin.

Burdock is well known for its draining and detoxifying action that is beneficial for the liver and helps relieve many skin problems (ex: boils, eczema, acne, scabs ...).

Burdock can also quickly relieve joint pain (eg rheumatism, gout attack).

use

  • Decoction : Put 5 to 8 g of roots per 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of roots in 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 15 minutes. Let stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water and filter.

100% organic dried burdock root (Arctium majus) roots.
Neither gassed nor irradiated nor refrigerated.
Origin: France.

Très bien, bien moins dur à avaler que les tisanes d'artichaut pour drainer le foie !
