Use

Shake the bottle before use.
Position the applicator tip to ON and exert light pressure on the tube to bring the product into contact with the massage balls
Apply the product to the painful area (neck, shoulder, doc, elbow, knees, ankle)
Massage in circular motions
Move the applicator tip to the OFF position to continue the massage
Finish the application with a manual massage until complete absorption of the product
Wash hands after use
