- Children from 3 years: 1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day (maximum 2 tablets per day).
- Children from 6 years: 1 tablet 1 to 4 times a day (maximum 4 tablets per day).
- Adults and children from 12 years: 2 tablets 1 to 4 times a day.
- Pregnant women: 1 tablet in the morning and noon, or 2 tablets in one morning (maximum 2 tablets per day).
Swallow the tablets with a glass of water.
If traveling or traveling, take the tablets 30 minutes before departure.
