Effective, Guggul is a benchmark for targeting cholesterol. In the original texts of Ayruvéda, which date back over 4,500 years, it was already recommended to help cleanse the intestines, blood and tissues. This helps maintain normal levels of serum lipids in your blood.

Indication

Guggul is particularly effective in stabilizing Vâta and Kâpha imbalances without irritating Pitta.

Use

2 to 3 capsules per day at the time of the meals.

Composition

Ingredients for 3 capsules: gugul gum resin extract 1500 mg ( Commiphora mukul ) titrated to 2.5% of 37.5 mg guggulsterones, vegetable capsule (Hypromellose), magnesium stearate.

Special precautions

  • Do not exceed recommended doses.
