Use
Take 1 tablet twice a day.
Composition
For 2 tablets (recommended daily portion): 2080mg of fish bone extract containing 500mg of elemental calcium (62.5% ARJ) and 634mg of type II collagen, 250mg of marine magnesium containing 137.5mg of magnesium (oxide magnesium, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium sulfate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium chloride, 36.7% RDA), 100mg lemon hesperidin (Citrus limon Burm.), 50mg bamboo marrow exudate extract (Bambusa arundinacea Retz.) Containing 45mg of natural silica, 25µg of natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 500% AR). Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agent: silica, magnesium stearate. Coating agent: hypromellose, glycerol (humectant).
