Lafti L10 contains inulin as well as 10 billion cells of Lactobacillus helveticus Lafti ®L10 which act on the balance of the intestinal and vaginal flora and on immunity.
Lafti L10: supports immunity, promotes good intestinal and vaginal flora
The "Lafti L10" food supplement contains inulin as well as a specific strain of bacteria: Lactobacillus helveticus Lafti® L10 (formerly called Lactobacillus acidophilus Lafti® L10). This strain intervenes in three areas:
- Balance of the vaginal flora (3 out of 4 women have, at one time or another, felt vaginal discomfort, in 40 to 45% of them the episode is repeated).
- Support of the immune system , particularly in athletes whose defenses are weakened by intensive training. Supporting the immune system of athletes is essential in order to increase their athletic performance, prevent absenteeism and thus bring them success in competitions.
- Balance of the gastrointestinal flora : in a healthy organism, the digestive tract is colonized by approximately 100,000 billion bacteria belonging to 400 different species. But several factors such as a dietary imbalance, stress, temporary fatigue can disrupt the intestinal flora.
Use
Take 1 capsule per day.
Composition
For 1 capsule: 200 mg of inulin, 10 billion cells of Lactobacillus acidophilus Lafti® L10. Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, colloidal silica. Capsule: hypromellose.
Special precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
- Does not replace a varied and balanced diet as well as a healthy lifestyle.
- Store at room temperature, in a dry place and out of the reach of young children, in its original packaging.

La composition des gélules a visiblement changé depuis mes précédentes commandes. J'ai été très malade quelques heures après ingestion : j'étais pliée en deux avec de violentes crampes intestinales, les jambes qui tremblaient à tel point que j'ai été obligé de m'allonger et de me soigner. J'en ai repris quelques jours plus tard pour vérifier si le problème venaient des gélules, ça venait bien des gélules, c'est pourquoi je vous le signale. J'avais commandé 3 boîtes que je ne peux pas utiliser !!! Je ne suis pas contente.
