The Christmas Tea is a black tea collected manually with which mix typical savors with the winter: pieces of apples, cynorhodon, orange peel, cinnamon, ginger,… An ideal drink to live with happiness the arrival of the first bragged.
Indication
Pioneer of the organic tea during his creation in 1994, Les Jardins de Gaïa is today an organic reference as regards teas and herb teas of excellence, which are addressed as well to the beginners as at the experts. Most products come from the equitable trade and, for some, the biodynamy. The compositions of les Jardins de Gaïa all are carried out hand-crafted in Alsace.
Use
- Temperature of water: 90°C.
- Infusion time: 3 to 4 minutes.
- A to prepare preferably in: a porcelain teapot to appreciate the freshness of the tea. Used as well for the tea without milk as like the aromatized teas.
Composition
Black Tea*, fruits and flowers 9% (barks of orange*, pieces of apple*, hibiscus*, cynorhodon*, spilt almonds*), spices 7% (cinnamon*, ginger*, cloves*, black pepper*, cardamome*), natural flavors 2% (apple*, sweet orange*, blood orange*, cinnamon*).
