Exotic vervainOriginating of Asia, the litsée lemon-flavoured one is always green; the essential oil extracted from its fruits releases a pleasant lemon-flavoured, hot and exotic odor.

Posology
•External way: 2 drops of essential oil of litsée lemon-flavoured + 5 drops of vegetable oil of hazelnut in friction on the solar plexus or the inner face of the wrists, 2 times per day, for the nervous disorders, and locally on the inflammatory pains.

Tips
Daily, to create a convivial atmosphere and anti-stress, the essential oil of litsée lemon-flavoured can be diffused, in mixture with equal shares with essential oils of tangerine and super lavandin.
