Shake the bottle well from left to right before use. Dilute each morning 12 ml in a large glass of water (200 ml). In order to purify your body during a program DETOXINE Vitality Green tea , it is essential to drink more than usual (it is advisable to drink 1.5 L of water per day). DETOXINE Vitality does not replace but comes in addition to your daily drinks and your hydration portion a day.
